Hi Again,
I have a 96 DX that runs great except for this interesting behavior. Upon first start up, engine is cold, the car starts, the idle slows way down (the vent fans and everything slows down too) and then over the course of 2-3 seconds it revs back up to the regular idle speed. The car runs fine after that. Can anyone shed some light on what may be the cause? I am thinking it may be vacum related or electrical but I am not sure at all.
