Honda Civic Coupe Vtec 1996 - from time 2 time engine turns over but does not fire - had new plugs, leads had diagnostics check & no fault codes found. I was suggested it could be distributor problems but sounds expensive if it is not going to solve the problems - any suggestions. Ta
