Default Steering noise

When ever i go to turn out of my driveway or make a decent sharp turn there is a noise(kind of sounds like something is loose) near the front drivers side engine placement. I was wondering if anyone knows or has any idea what it would be.

Edit: Forgot to mention it's a 97 civic ex coupe 4 cyl

A bad CV joint in the axle can make a loose clunking noise while turning.
