Steering Wheel Padding Loose

Default Steering Wheel Padding Loose

Folks,

I recently acquired a 95 Civic and the padding on the steering wheel is no longer glued to the metal ring of the steering wheel. I looked in several salvage yards and all Civics and Accords have the same problem. Other than buying a new steering wheel from Honda what is the best way to fix this?

do you mean the exterior part of the wheel, the surface that you touch, feels loose on the actual steering wheel structure?
if so, just get a steering wheel cover that you like.
