Default still bad idle need some ideas? 96 ex

about a month ago light came on got it scaned came misfire in 2 of cyl. since then i replace coil after losing spark. i have changed cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, icm. tested fuel pressure is good, ajusted valves it raised compresion in cly to around 180. the one cyl #2 is at 90 and when put cap of oil it raised to 120. i also last weekend took injectors out and cleaned them and thottle body was removed and cleaned was a little sticky when closed works good now. car runs real good driving my problem is at a stop. idle drops to 500 or lower rpm thats when light comes on. if i turn ac on idle kicks up so it makes me think iac is working. any info would be greatful and thanks in advance.
