That is a ridonkulous quote! Aftermarket shocks and springs will run you 300-800 depending on how aggressive you want to go. IF you have the tools it can be done in the driveway in a day. If you're not up to that, I'm quite sure you can get a better price elsewhere, tehy don't call them "stealerships" for nothing

The oil pan gasket is even easier. Gasket shouldnt cost very much, and the work itself will take an hour or so max
