Default Stuff coming into radiator

To start, I had to replace a heater hose because it busted. According to the temp guage it didn't run hot. A day or two later I checked ton the water fluid level to make sure it was still full of water. When I opened the cap, it looked odd, so I stuck my finger in the water/coolant and came out with black on my finger. I drained the radiator and replaced the fluid. I also noticed black stuff in the water reserve.

I have also flushed out the car as the Haynes manual described to do. Take out thermostat and replace the cover w/o the thermostat and put the water hose through the top water inlet and let it run out until clear.

After running it a little while, I started seeing the green(like coolant, so aparantly not all got flushed) and some dirty particles and after it started getting close to normal operating temp it started bubbling a light brown color stuff. It usually has one bubble apear around every second or two. Also, while I remember, when I took out the thermostat, I found gray stuff like some kind of stop leak in the thermostat housing.

Sounds to me like it's the early signs of a bad head gasket.

Take the oil fill cap off of the valve cover, and tell us what the oil looks like. If it's similar in color (and consistency) to chocolate milk, then coolant is mixing with the oil due to a leak in the head gasket.

It is a normal oil color. Also the dipstick is normal. One thing I read to to do is to put the oil on the dipstick on a hot spot and see if it sizzles or smokes. I didn't see/hear any sizzle.

Never heard of a sizzle or w/e you were talking about. I would think the HG is starting to go as well seeing as oil is mixing with coolant.

What I am talking about sizzle is that water sizzles and oil smokes. The "test" says if it sizzles then there is water in the oil.

The oil is not milky looking or look like coffee creamer.
