Default stumped on brakes please help, soft pedal

ok hondacivic forum i got a troubleshoot for you all. any help is much appreciated, so thanks in advance.

ok i bought an eg hatch shell, and swapped in a b18 with a gsr tranny. when i bought the shell the brake pedal went right to the floor, because the brake fluid was empty( i have no idea how long the car sat for). anyways the day the swap went in, we bled the brakes completly, and the brakes seamed fine.
then a few hours later i look under the car for leakes, and see a brake fluid leak on the passenger side, i remove the wheel on the passenger side and see its leaking from the calliper, i replaced the caliper, and brake pads while i was under there, then i bled the system again, this time the pedal got firm again. then i started the car and the pedal was real soft again, goes right to the floor.
i then took it to the guy who did the swap, who then bled the system, to which he told me it may be the master cylinder, so i got that, bench bled it, and installed it, then bled the brakes again.
now the same thing is happening, the brakes are real firm with the car off, then when i start it, the brake pedal goes right to the floor.
ohh yeah i checked the one way valved on the hose that goes from the valve cover to the booster, thats fine too.

any help is much appreciated thank you

Did you bleed all four wheels in the correct order?

Look carefully for other leaks, such as from the rear wheel cylinders.

If the brakes aren't fully bled, it may seem OK with the engine off but when you start it and the power brakes kick in, it will go to the floor. So you know the power brakes are working anyway.

After running completely out of fluid, it can be hard to get all the air out. A vacuum type brake bleeder may do a better job and also doesn't need a helper.
