Default Soft Brakes?

Help! I have a 95 Civic - and have just started having some brake issues... my brakes are intermittently "soft". It started Friday and now (Monday) worse. We even bled the brakes yesterday and re-did fluid. Any thoughts? Brakes themselves are fine, it's the brake pedal I'm hitting to the floor - just not much resistance. Thoughts????
Thanks all!

You may have a leak in the system that is letting air in or the master cylinder is bad and must be replaced. Here's a related current thread that may benefit you:
