i bought a 99 headlight to put on my 96 ex coupe so i pull down the front end and lined up the light and itdoesn't fit neat with the fender. do i need to change it to a set of 99-00 fenders and if so do i have to chane the bumper too?

 

you need the grill, fenders, both headlights, and the bumper. its not really worth it just for that headlight. if you like the 99-00 front end better, then go for it, but not just for that headlight
