i have a 97 dx and the windos pop of the damn track everytime i open roll down the windo on ethier side, i sick of it, im takeing of the dor panels constantly and tryd to rebend the tracks and olied them up but the still pop of, any suggestions

but i dont have power windows, i think i need new tracks so that they roll up smooth without poping off
