Sunroof problems!!!

So my sunroof don't open more than about an inch. so i bought a new motor and it still does it? What could be the problem with it?
HOw do you take out the glass of it? thanks

Pretty much the same issue here, seems like it's stuck on the passenger side. Drivers side want to lift but the other side it stuck, help?
