hey fellas. about a week or 2 ago i was drivin my car and outta nowhere it acted really funny. when id start in 1st, barely tapping the accelerator would make the car throw me back and forth it felt like it was surging really bad. shifting to 2nd would throw me back and forth pretty bad, same with 2nd gear when tappin the accel. when i get into higher gears it doesnt do that, but when i tap the accel it feels like ti loses power for a second or 2. it only does this when its cold. when it warms up it really doesnt do it much at all.

we replaced the spark plug wires and distributor cap, the plugs were fine, theyre relatively new i believe. any ideas on what it may be? injectors, fuel pump, throttle sensor?

 

i just went to go drive it to see if i could notice anything else. it was doin it really bad just a minute ago, when i was pullin out of a parking lot in 1st it threw me back and forth so bad as if i were flooring it, letting off, flooring it, letting off... it felt like it was gonna god damn die on me. i also noticed in idle its running at about 500, i dont know if thats too low or not. also my exhaust seems to be popping alot more than it used to.

 

well i found out today my throttle body is bad and i need a new ignition coil. thanx for the help lol.
