Hey everyone i have a 95 VX, and basically my problem is that whenever my car warms up the idle starts to surge up and down alittle bit during the day. Now if its night time and i have the lights on, or if its cold and i have the heat on, or both it becomes really bad. If im stopped at a stop light it will surge from really low to really high. Does anyone have an answer to my problem, tests i can do, what i should check. anything would really help. Thanks.

 

Idle sir control valve is prolly dirty or needs to be replaced

i was thinking main crank sensor maybe...but that should throw a check engine light and give you a code to check at autozone...
