Hey wot should i look for when trying to decide if pressure regulator is bad? I put a tube on it and it held a vaccume, is there more to it than that? At wits end.

Proper check would be. Remove vacuum hose and pinch it. With a fuel pressure guage attached to the service port of the fuel filter you should see a fuel pressure rise when you release the pinched portion. Pressure should be 40-47psi with the hose off and pinched.

Thanks alot. Hey dose honda have a saftey controlo where the car won't start without enough oil? Been working on the car all day, the plugs aren't fowled, no blue smoke, no oily mess under the hood, no spots on drive way, but really low on oil. Just checked it 1-2 weekes ago and filled it the too. Any way filled the oil and now it will start and run. Any answer? This is really odd to me.
