Default Tail light Socket

The driver side tail light park/brake socket on my 99 civic lx seems to have some issues. I have tried new bulbs but only the brake part of the bulb lights up, the parking light does not. What I would like to know is if there is something that I can try that may fix it without replacing, if not is there a way to run a wire from passenger side over as a jumper to turn on parking light and my final remedy would be if someone has a part number for this socket that I could use to order it online. In my searches I have found that only 99-00 civics use this type of socket which sucks because none of the junk yards around here have them. If another honda uses the same please let me know and i will ask the yards again.

Thanks,
Kevin

Is there rust on the contacts? Are the wire connections still solid?
