I noticed this the other day, it's like a drilled hole with nothing in it...should there be something there?

Nope, there's nothing there on my y7, and I'm pretty sure that's a y7....

Ook I got scared for a sec cuz I used to hear a bolt rolling around in the front end, but now it's gone

Nothing goes there.. just for to install some bracket of some model... and it not a place for lifting motor with, it on the valve cover.. engine weight about too much for that little screw.
