thinking about installing a turbo kit

could i install a turbo kit on a stock honda civic. im thinking about installing the turbo kit on my 1999 honda civic ex. the kit is greddy kit is on this link http://www.procivic.com/pages-produc...651/index.html. any help would be appreciated

That is a good kit for beginners but remember you need an intercooler and a blow off valve also and the kit does not include them. The engine management that the kit comes with isn't very good so it would be in your best interest to get a conversion harness and convert your car from obd2 to OBD1 and get a chipped p28 ecu then take your car to a tuner. Greddy emange is not safe for your engine's reliability. Go to the nitrous forums and read the stickys, you will learn a lot.

You also need bigger injectors. DSM 450's with the injector box are cheap or you could get RC Engineering 440's. Then a bigger fuel pump. You might need a stronger clutch. Thats all.

Mobhas covered it, thothe kit comes with 310's which would be allright for a lower boost rate
