can you answer this question for me though, why did you buy a part when you don't know how to install it or what work goes into installing it???
and i'm sorry, i'm not incredibly familiar with the 07 platform, but i'm sure i could if it was in front of me...lol

Detach the throttle body from the intake manifold, slip the spacer in between, and bolt it back together.
