Default Tightening handbrake cable?

How difficult is this?

It needs to be pulled 100% up in order to stop my car from rolling down the hill.

Sometimes I leave it at 95% and walk away.

super easy..just take off your centerconsol....should be like 4 bolts....i dont know might be more if youve got an armrest or what not..well take that off and then it will have a bolt that the hand brake attaches too..just tighten up that bolt and you will be good to go..just make sure you dont over tighten it...or you will be draggin your brakes...

here is a pick of what it should look somthing like....

Yes if you have rear drum brakes check them as they may be worn out or the self-adjusters are not working. That will cause the hand brake to need to be pulled up higher as well as of course also reducing the performance of the regular brakes.
