for the dealership to do it, its atleast $500...i asked a couple weeks ago cuz i need to get mine replaced fairly soon($400 for me since i work there). toreplace those parts u should kno what ur doing and have the right tools...i highly suggest getting a haynes or chilton manual if u plan on doing this, it'll help alot.

I'm trying to pony-up the courage to change mine.
Keep in mind, that this entails: jacking up the engine, removing a motor mount, removing the dreaded crank shaft pulley bolt, all the while making sure to keep it in time. Plus many more fun bits. I think I'll have to bite the bullet and pay someone to do it.

On another note, should I trust my local garage to do this, or is a dealer prefered? I'd like to stay away from the dealer since I know they'll try to rob me one way or another.
