Default too much fuel or not enough fuel???

my car is a '92 civic cx b16a2 swap
if it sits and idles(it idles at 1000 even), it drops down to about 700 then goes back up. But, it sometimes shuts off if it sits and idles,
where the fuel filter is located, the little gauge i have is set on 50 lbs,

do you think that is too much or not enough fuel???
anything will help
thanks

Pressure looks fine. OEM injectors from the B16, or the CX? I think the CX OEM injectors (~180cc) are smaller than the B16's (~240cc). However, I would look to confirm this if you are running the CX injectors.

I have 440 rc injectors.
could it be the fuel pump? Or fuel filter?
