Was driving to work yesterday and started hearing a loud clacking noise when in motion, but not when idling. When I apply the brakes there is a loud growling and scraping sound. Is this not only a torn CV boot problem, but also a CV joint issue? Or is it the wheel bearing? Need to get it fixed but don't know what's wrong...
