Tranny runs great, clutch is great, shifts smooth .. but .. once in a while theres an abnormal rattling or grinding noise throughout driving speeds, anyone hear of this before?

I have a '99 EX and I hear a whiring noise sometimes when I'm reducing speed but I think that the sycronizers or something. Never heard a grinding noise though, only when I miss a gear, lol.

since were on transmission whever im driving and im in 3-5 gear and im goin over 50mph my shif **** starts to shake, but the car is driving smoothly tho. i dont know if its the vibration of the road thats causing the shift **** to shake but it only skaes when im goin 50mph or more. probably our problem are related?
