Default Transmission swap 02 EX

hey guys,
Im about to do a trany swap for my 02 EX sedan and I was wondering if anyone knew if I am going to need to purchace a new CAI for the car. Also, I have seen two different parts list for the conversion, one says to change the throttle body, other says not to. If I'm not doning any work to the intake manifold, why would I need to purchace a new Intake? and if I do, anyone interested in an Injen CAI for 01-03 civic?

thanks
