I took my multi-meter and check for any resistance on the fuses they all test good!! I also put the black lead and put it on the neg post of the battery, and the other on the termo ground wires and they tested with zero resistance.... I am game for anything at this point i am going to call the junk yard tomorrow to see if they will trade for another... Can honda test these ECU boxes?

Going to check this now!

To clarify, the CEL remains on steady with and without the service connector jumped, right?

The CEL remains on steady with and without the service connector jumped, right? If so, now check the ground wire on the thermostat housing.

No, Honda won't/can't test your ECU.

The CEL light does stays on no matter what, the one difference is the SRS light goes out with out the service connection there. With it there the SRS flashes non stop and the CEL is on solid still.

So in order to check the ground on the thermo housing I should test from that end to the end where it plugs into the ECU right? ..... Now for a tricky part do you have one of those magical pictures that tell what each wire on the harness the plugs into the ECU are? lol

I did check between the thremo housing and the battery they test well. Or with zero resistance. I have taken that off and cleaned it before when we went through this. Again I am willing to do it all over at this point.

Okay, that verifies CEL code 0.

Ignore the blinking SRS light for now. This problem may go away when you fix code 0.

Okay, the thermostat housing ground connection seems fine.

Yes. The info below is what you need:

ECU connector pins

The ECU ground wires pin here:

A23 (BLK wire)
A24 (BLK wire)
A26 (BLK/RED wire)
B2 (BRN/BLK wire)

For all pins in ECU connectors A and B, check continuity to ground. If any lack continuity to ground, then you've found the problem.
