Where can I find information on Technical Service Bulletins and Recall notices for Honda Civics? I tried ALLDATA and the mentioned that They had an agreement with Honda not to show the data.

just do a google search for honda civic tsb and you should find something. i just did it and it came up with too many to even begin listing.

 

i think it depends how new it is ---what year is your car ---i've got alldata at our shop --- i could double check ---i've got a 97 --& found a few

 

you can also sign up for honda owner link, enter your VIN and they will email you if there are any recalls

 

why cant we just get access to read about the TSB's? why is it so secret?

 

Some TSBs relate to common problems. Like if Honda sees that a bunch of cars have teh same problem, they will make a TSB. If a tech is working on a car, he will look at the TSB first so he can save time by going directly to the problem instead of trying to figure it out. Honda wants to keep this stuff secret so you take your car to Honda and they make more money.
