Does anyone know how to unlock a trunk release latch? The truck release was locked in my 2005 Civic and now it will not unlock. I have tried turning the key to unlock and lock and its still locked. The car is in valet mode right now because I was having problems with my python alarm remote. I don't know if that is the problem.

 

So you have the key and it will not unlock? Take it to the dealership.

There might be a trick to get into it, but I doubt anyone is gonna help you break into a car, even if it is your own car. That is just not something that we do around here. LOL I hope you understand. We get a lot of "How do you turn off an alarm if you dont have the remote?" questions around here. ROFL
