I need help ASAP. The hood latch cable broke with my hood shut. I cant get it open ive tried manually pulling the cable without the lever by the pedal and i still cant get my hood open. I really need it open. What can i do????

Did you try pulling on the cable with pliers or anything?

If that's not an option, I believe you can reach under the front bumper, and grab the latch that way. Find someone with long arms
