Default VC Torque specs?

Well I am going to be paint my vc pretty soon, can't do it this weekend since it is my sisters wedding and I am standing up, and I guess family before car? lol. So next weekend I'm goign to pull off the old vc and sand it and what not since I don't have school Monday or somethin' like that. (My color plan is purple vc with HONDA in white). So my question is what do I have to torque the vc to, or do I even need to do a certain poundage. Also, am I missing a bolt? If you look in my pic I have i circled where the thingy is, I'm not too sure o_O. Since that pic i slapped on a breather and got rid of that crappy ebay filter, that wire mesh was coming apart inside the filter lmao, AEM dryfit now. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

the hole is where a ground wire would connect to the vc
also on my crx they are torqued to 7 ft-lbs i believe but mine are nuts and you have bolts
wheni had a z6 i stripped two of the vc bolts so dont overtighten them
of course i didnt have a torque wrench i was just torquing lol

Ah okay that's what I was thinking for the ground since thats how my friends Teg is and if I NEED to do a specific torque I can get my school to lend me a torque wrench

I didn't torque to spec. I just tightened until snug. If the head snaps off the bolt, you tightened too much.

Don't forget the liquid gasket.
