Water dripping from dash?

Take the hose off, then from under the hood push a wire back into the hole in the evaporator box. If this frees up a bunch of water you had (or maybe still have) a clog in the box. You need to first take the box out of the car (which requires removing the refrigerant from the A/C system then evacuating and recharging when done) to take the box apart. So hopefully just pushing a wire in will unclog it.

If the evaporator box is dry inside, like ej6 suggested, consider the possibility it may be rain water leaking in the body somehow.
