Default weak spark D15B7 tried everything

My 1993 Civic DX Hatch (stock D15B7) will not start due to a weak spark. I tried a brand new coil, a used distributor, and a used ECU. I have also cleaned the ground contacts G101, G1, G3. I got a good spark after replacing the distributor (one of the crankshaft sensors had oil on it), but only for a day. I also got a good spark after cleaning G1 (chasis had been 1 volt above battery negative on cranking ) but again only for a day.

I see no oil on the sensors, no char marks on the coil, 12V at coil positive (drops to 10 on cranking), engine is 0.1 volts above battery negative while cranking, and signal flash at coil negative (test light is mostly on but flicks off just for an instant each cycle.)

I don't have much car fixing experience so it is possible I have missed something completely obvious. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

weak spark? did you change the ignition control module too? those parts are married. and they like to "die together" so if the coil goes the icm usually dies with it. and if your continuing to use that coil on a bad module your gona destroy that coil. take the ICM to autozone to be tested. beyond contrary belief you have a obd1 car but obd0 ignition control modules will work too (im using a obd0 icm on a obd1 dist running a p06 in a CRX SI) so grab some from the junkyard. autozone charges 60 for em and thats facking rediculous and if your wondering what the Ignition control module is..
