Default Weird Brake Light Problem?

2004 Honda Civic LX 4 Door. When I press brake pedal the left light tail light does not work. I changed bulb but still doesn't work but the right one does. Here is the weird part the bulb does light up when I turn on the left turning signal.

Any suggestions?

This happens because the bulb is not grounded. Check for corrosion of the socket and check the ground wires.
