i need know how would i go about replacing a thrown rod or bearing also how to check my oil pressure and my engine is knocking what could it be i change the oil yesterday

 

First start by taking off the head then look for bent Rods also make sure you used the right oil. then get back to me.

 

if your oil pressure light came on and you are hearing a knocking noise, then probably spun a rod bearing.
should not drive it.
need to take the oil pan off to see if one of the rod bearings is out.
i think that nowdays you can buy just one rod bearing. best to replace them all, though.
