Default Can you please tell me if my Civic can hold a turbo

I am about to buy a turbo but was wondering maybe what kind of turbo or to much boost is to much for my car and what is a good safe way to make sure it dosen't blow my enigne by keeping my pressure down or engine cooled etc. I also have lots of miles on my car about 180,000 but my mechanic said it's in very good shape and he wouldn't be surprise if it last more then another 100,000 more miles thanks alot for the responds

yes. 8 psi is good on stock internals and get a good tune after getting it installed.

before you boost it you might want to do a compression check and leak down check to see if the rings can take it
