Ever since I bought my Civic, it appears that the seam around the front windshield is coming unglued. I'm wondering if there's any type of special glue I can use to fix this.

I don't believe that seam is supposed to be glued down. I think you will have to buy a new rubber seam, as you call it (I don't know the proper name).

 

that looks like the adhesive from the rubber trim lifting up 3M makes some good stuff for that its called 3M super trim adhesive N. 08090 i have used this stuff alot it works like a champ

 

I used to install automobile windows for a living, and I know that piece is not supposed to be glued. If you glue it down, you'll regret it in the future, after other problems occur.

 

id replace the whole trim personally. not sure if you would be able to get those wrinkles out with 3m window sealant.
