I had two types of squeaks on Civic, one was from my timing belt when I rev it during neutral and when my clutch was slipping. Your sounded like my clutch. I had about 230,000 miles on the original clutch before it was replaced. The squeak got progressly louder as time went on. If you are not sure, have a mechanic look at it.

it's your belt, that's all, it will do that sometimes when the vehicle has been sitting in the heat or something. either replace it, or use some belt dressing.
