what should the tps be calibrated?

i have a 1991 ef civic d16a6

whats the calibration supposed to be on the throttle position sensor tps?

am i using ohm or volts?

this will be with the throttle body off the engine. so what ever the calibration or adjustment supposed to be please give it to me with it off the car.

For the 90 Civic, it is 0.3V fully closed and 4.5V fully open. Likely the same for the 91 Civic. You should do the calibration with the throttle body on the engine and the ignition key turned to ON. I guess calibration can be done with the throttle body off the car but you'll need to supply a reference 5V power source.
