what too do?
hey there:
I dont really know what to do my 88 civic dx is all original and every now and then it likes to start running very weird it starts pulsating it revs up then down and up again it keeps doing this till i shut it off,
Also it wont start right away not all the time but when she has been turned on and off a few times it almost seems that it is flodded but i dont know how that could happen if you let it sit for about 5-10 min it will start like nothing. if anybody can point me in the right direction to try and figure this out would be greatly appreceated.

What engine? Is it a carbureted or fuel injected engine?
Do you have a dash Check Engine Light? If so, is it ON and is the LED of the ECU located under the carpet of the passenger side dash blinking a code?
