Default Where IS the BLEED BOLT FOR COOLANT FLUSH AND FILL?

HELLO,

where is the bleed bolt on 1996 Civic LX. I want to flush my coolant over the long weekend.. OHHH.. in the service manual it does not mention anything about bleeding to get rid of air bubbles. How come its recommended on the DIY???

Follow the top radiator hose to the cylinder head and right before it enters the head there is a little bleed screw you turn slightly. What i would do is fill the radiator and over flow tank. start the car and keep pooring coolent in until it doesnt go down anymore and starts to rise. Your system should be blead by then. take it for a drive and watch your temp gauge, it it starts to over head you have air bubbles somewere. if not your good to go

if you dont want to wait for that, you need to buy a bleeding funel and bleed it that way
