Default white smoke oddness

I just bought this 1995 honda civic dx 1.5l 16 valve non vtec motor I put new oil in it and fushed the cooling system and put some seafoam in the crankcase (before I changed the oil) and I put some in the through the brake booster vacuum line to clean the carbon off the cylinders now two weeks later the car let's out a stinky white puff of smoke whenever I rev it at a really high rpm but it runs smoothe and doesn't blow it at the regular idle idk if its still carbon build up or what and the antifreezelevel is steady and no bubbles but I does burn quite a bit of oil

It's probably just oil smoke from worn rings. The oil is going somewhere. When mine was like that, taking off from a stop by flooring it would make a cloud of smoke that could be seen through the back window, but there was no smoking at idle.

You could try using heavier oil, up to the "you need a new motor motor oil"-- 20W50. By the way if you're looking at a used car and there are bottles of 20W50 in the trunk, don't buy it.
