So whats the problem here, i dont know the terms to what the parts are. kinda dumb here, but yeah i need that window to work. i've tried many times but didnt seem to make it work. So please help me on this. Also another question, why is there water in my spare tire compartment? Thanks!

water in your trunk is from your aftermarket tails.

or if you have a sunroof the drain plugs could be clogged also are there two bolts that hold the glass to the regulator in your door? if so there should bu urathane that hols the clips to the glass if the clips are off the glass have a glass place glue them back on and bolt it up yourself it is not that hard i work as a windshield installer and we also install door glass. so i have done this a few times.

the reason for the leak in your trunk, could be rubber seals around the hatch. Do you have a good seal?

I have water in my hatch as well... It's because part of the weld around the spare tire compartment came apart. like 2 1/2" inches. Gotta get it welded soon, but for now it's spray foam Gotta keep the salt outta my car at least, can't keep it off.
