Today I lowered the window in my 00 Civic two door. WHen I raised the window it barely would raise. I kept trying and the front of the glass went down causing the window to be crooked. I pulled the front up to raise it as it should be. I also noticed that the window is not coming up between the two rubber pieces of window trim near the mirror.

Anyone here had problems with the power windows? Is removal of the door panel easy?

 

Probably the window needs realignment or the regulator is bad. Also spray a little silicone-based lubricant into the rubber side channels. Door panel removal is pretty straightforward:
