window regulator HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know what the problem is its the cable on the whole assembly that went freyed and im just curious which cars will innerchange with my regulator? 99 civic lx 4 door

I think (not 100% positive) that anything from 96-00 will work. I'm sure someone will come along and confirm (or give you better info)

This is true. All doors 96-00 were the same, 2dr to 2dr, 4dr to 4dr, etc. Find a regulator from any 96-00 4 door and you're good to go. I've swapped two so far. It's nice and easy. It just takes a little time.

Mr Hobo.... I know there's the odd thing that doesn't swap over between 96-00 (aside from body panels - I know 96-98 is one set, and 99-00 is another set) but other then that... what DOESN'T swap between this generation of civics?

Just curious thats all...
