Default Window won't roll up right?

I bought my first civic, a 93 VX, and it didn't have a driver's window. I've replaced a few windows before on other cars, but I am having trouble with this one. I got some new glass from another EG hatch and I installed it, but it seems like the rear side of the glass is lifting higher than the front side and then it pops off the track. In order to get it closed, I have to be lifting the front and pressing down on the back, while I roll it up. I don't even have the door panel on yet because I couldn't close it without it.

Any thoughts?

Possible motor? Or the allignment is rubbing against the rubber on one side causing the friction?

The regulator is worn out. When the regulator arms wobble the window doesn't go up straight.
