windshield wiper problem
hey guys, I have a 97 ex civic and have a problem with the windshield wipers.
The problem I have is that the wipers wont stop when i have it in the off position. The only way that I made them stop was to remove the fuse. I was wondering if there was a quick fix to the situation and/or if it might be the motor.
