go to my signature and download the 92-95 factory service manual. it should give you some diagnostics.

Now that you have replaced both the switch and motor, is the only problem that the low setting does not work? Or are there additional problems?

How do you know the replacement motor and switch are good?

Have you checked whether the black ground wire from the motor has continuity?

yea...the low setting does not work and the the wipers do not return to the home position...i checked to make sure they worked on the car i took em off of...
