Default Wipers

It's not a big problem but, nonetheless, it's driving me crazy. My wipers do that "thbthbwrppp" skipping thing, even though they're new (Bosch brand, if that's relevent). My windsheild is clean. That is, I haven't done anything silly like wax my windsheild.
Is there some little screw that I need to tighten or loosen for optimum wiper tension or something?

Well, I know you say the windshield is clean, just make sure. Use some kind of course pad, such as those that are at gas stations. Also make sure you've got the right blades for the car. The last thing is to clean the blades themselves. Use some rubbing alcohol and a paper towel or rag and wipe down both sides and the bottom edge a few times. If that doesn't work, move somewhere that doesn't rain.
