my 98 ex has wipers that do not return to the bottom of the windshield...you have to time it just right and shut them off...i replaced the switch on the steering column and no change.....thanx for any info....

 

try somthing...........

remove the nuts that hold the arms to the linkage and reposition the wiper arm to where they should normally be when shut off. tighten the nuts and retry it ..

I believe the nuts are either 12 or 14 mm
