as i have told folks in the past i had a 93 coupe, well i totalled it back in march, i just had the motor/tranny yanked out of it. now i want to take the doors off b/c the 95 that i'm workin on is a dx not an ex like my 93, so HOW DO I GO ABOUT DOING THIS?????

disconnect the wiring harness inside the rubber boot between the door and body then remove the door check (the arm that only lets the door open so far) then you have to hammer out the door pins on the hinges and then your done!

 

I guess civtegra means do the same thing with both doors, that's probably why he posted it twice.......lol

 

yeah thats the easy part but what about wiring the dx up w/ power?

 

whats the difference between the doors? if they are both power windows and power locks or vise versa then it should wire the same

 

ok... i'm honestly not trying to be a smart @$$ or a dumb@$$ or a dipsh!t, but isn't the DX model NOT POWER?
last time i saw the car it was a 95 coupe DX, w/ no power/ nothing power, windows, doorlocks, mirrors, sunroof(if available) i think thats it.
now to reask my question, how do you wire up a non power 95 coupe dx to make like an EX?
i'm really sorry if i sounded like a jerk but i'm not getting any help here from the tech folks.
